USS Missouri Memorial in Pearl Harbor

The visit to the USS Missouri in Pearl Harbor is part of many tours in Hawaii. It is easy to get there by car, no whether where you stay on Oahu.
It is open daily from 9am to 5pm.
The USS Missouri, which is also known as "Mighty Mo" is more than 3 football fields long and at it's highest part more than 20 stories tall.
The battleship was hit by a Japanese kamikaze pilot but was also the site where World War II was officially ended no September 2, 1945.
The Missouri serviced in World War II, the Korean War and the Gulf War. It was launched on January 29, 1944 and it is actually the last US batleship ever built
There are different tours available: Battleship guided Tour, Explorer's Tour and Audio Tour.
